Our process is far from mass production, each piece is hand-crafted over a period of 2-3 weeks, with painstaking attention to detail. From conception to creation, your piece is held by many hands with decades of experience in the industry who take pride in the quality of their work, which is why we’re confident that you’ll love it.

Returns for Refund

Timeframe: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item shows signs of wear, has been bent, scratched, or altered in any way.

Exclusions: Refunds are not eligible if:

The piece has been engraved, customised beyond the parameters listed on the product page, or altered from its original design.

Stones or materials have been changed.

Any amendments have been made by a third party.

Bespoke order, due to the personalised and extensive nature of the design process, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges for Store Credit

Return Shipping
When returning an item for a refund or exchange, we recommend insuring the shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We suggest using a tracked and insured delivery service for your protection. We are happy to help you arrange insured shipping, with the cost deducted from your total refund or exchange amount.
Lifetime Care Warranty
Every Unarchived piece comes with a lifetime care warranty, covering:

Manufacturing Defects: Any manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge.

One Complimentary Resizing: We offer one complimentary resizing for all engagement rings within the first year of purchase.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear or accidents. However, we are happy to arrange repairs for such cases for a repair fee. Contact us for a quote if repairs are needed outside the warranty scope.
Inspection & Processing Time
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If accepted, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8-10 business days. For exchanges, store credit will be issued in the same timeframe.
